NYC Restaurants Open On Thanksgiving In Chelsea

Are you looking for a great place to eat after taking in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City?

You don’t have to be in tourist central in order to find an open restaurant on Thanksgiving Day in New York City. If you live in, or are around, the Chelsea area on November 27th, 2008, and are looking for a Thanksgiving meal, check out these fine establishments.

Craftsteak
Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio offers more than red meat on this holiday. A more traditional turkey entrée is available, as well as a salmon selection for the fish-only crowd. At $115 per person ($65 for children 12 and under), it’s one of the most expensive Thanksgiving dinners in the city.

Il Bastardo
If you are looking for a less expensive option in the Chelsea are, this Italian Steakhouse/ Tuscan Grill/ Wine Bar is serving a four-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving meal all day for $39.95. They will also have their usual menu available for non-turkey lovers.

This European American Brasserie’s prix fixe menu offers a fine three-course meal, with a wide selection of traditional and modern appetizers, entrees, and desserts, as well as a couple of specialty holiday drinks, with or without spirits.
